Robert Andrew Irwin

Robert Andrew Irwin, 73, of Stahlstown, peacefully passed away on February 15, 2022. Bob was the beloved husband of Connie (Gasper) Irwin for 49 years. She survives him.

Bob graduated from Ligonier Valley High School. Prior to his retirement, Bob worked as a plumber and pipefitter for 35 years at Local 354. After retirement, he and his brother Tom rehabbed and built many buildings at the Boy Scout cabins at Camp Conestoga.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, William and  Hermione Irwin and his brother James Irwin and sister Barbara Ann Irwin. He is survived by his brother Tom (Paulette) Irwin and sister Kathleen (Theodore) Carns.

Friends will be received on Friday, February 18, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Snyder – Green Funeral Home, 402 E. Church Street Ligonier. A Blessing Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Saint Florian Catholic Cemetery.
