Marjorie Schindehette

Marjorie Mae Schindehette, 86, of Pittsburgh, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 17, 2020, at ManorCare-Whitehall Borough.  Born August 16, 1934 in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late John Gannon and Ruth Margaret Schindehette.  Marjorie worked as an elevator operator at the Southside Hospital in Pittsburgh for many years.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, watching QVC and the Steelers.  Marjorie also was a lover of dogs, especially her beloved dachshund “Pretzel”.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Albert C. and Ella Mae Schindehette, uncles, Albert N. (Verne) Schindehette of Pittsburgh, Glenn C. (Hazel) Schindehette of Apollo, cousins, Nicky Schindehette of Pittsburgh, and Judith (John) Bozic of North Carolina.  She is survived by her cousins, Candy (Ormond) Bellas of Ligonier, Sandra Schindehette of Pittsburgh and Robbin (Peg) Schindehette of Apollo.  To honor Marjorie’s wishes, all services will be private.
