Franklin retired from Florida Central heating & Air.

He is survived by sons Terry (Carol) Crawford of Latrobe, Keith (Connie) Crawford of Ridgedale Mo. Step sons Barry (Caroline) Harr of Ligonier, Larry (Debbie) Harr of Alabama, Tim (Barbara) Harr of Edwardsville IL, Step Daughter Patty (Jeff) Berkey of Greensburg, PA.
